Oops, I didn't notice that there is already an open PR for this #403, similar solution, I will close this one and review if something from this PR can be taken to improve it. |

Add templates for
__init__.pyfiles in_build_apisection in order to allow more flexibility using custom templates.Fixed e2e tests for custom templates for files in subdirectories.
